1.Machine Purpose
CNC hydraulic flat punch is mainly used for punching small and medium-sized plates in steel structure, electric power and automobile industries. After one clamping, the workpiece can be punched to ensure the position accuracy of the hole, and has high working efficiency and automation, especially suitable for various kinds of processing
2.Machine Feature
i.With three die positions, three sets of dies can be installed to punch holes of three different diameters on the workpiece; or only two sets of dies and one character box can be installed to punch holes of two different diameters and print characters. The die is easy to replace and the printing handwriting is clear.
ii.The bed of heavy-duty machine tool adopts high-quality steel plate welding structure. After welding, the surface is painted,So the surface quality and anti rust ability of steel plate are improved.
iii.The machine has two CNC axes: x-axis is the left and right movement of the clamp, Y-axis is the front and back movement of the clamp, and the high rigid CNC workbench ensures the reliability and accuracy of feeding.
iv.The machine tool is lubricated by the combination of centralized lubrication and decentralized lubrication, so that the machine tool is in good working condition every time.
v.The NC Worktable of moving workpiece is directly fixed on the foundation, and the worktable is equipped with a universal conveying ball, which has the advantages of small resistance, low noise and easy maintenance.
vi.The workpiece is clamped by two powerful hydraulic clamps, and it can be moved and positioned quickly
vii.The pumps, valves and other parts of the hydraulic system are all famous brand products, which make the hydraulic power system compact in structure, firm and durable, stable in stamping and sufficient in power, so as to ensure the dynamic performance of the machine tool and improve the reliability of the machine tool.
viii.The computer adopts English interface, which is easy for general operators to master. It is easy to program, display the workpiece graphics and the coordinate size of the hole position, easy to check, and can be converted from CAD graphics to DXF format and then directly into the processing program; the upper computer management greatly facilitates the storage and call of the program.
