1. Machine Purpose:
TD0309 Gantry Movable steel pipe high-speed CNC drilling machine is mainly used for drilling holes on pipes. It adopts internal cooling cemented carbide tool for high-speed drilling processing. It can use not only standard carbide drilling tool, but also use special combination tool (machine clip type special composite tool, The combination structure of tool body and blade) completes the processing of through hole and basin type hole at one time, replacing the traditional manual marking, basin type hole secondary processing and other processes, which not only greatly improves the hole position accuracy and processing efficiency, realizes drilling automation, but also significantly improves the hole cleanliness.
