1. Machine Purpose
Swz1000C, CNC drilling machine production line is composed of main machine body CNC drilling machine, feeding trolley and material channel. It can be widely used in construction, bridge, power station boiler, three-dimensional garage, offshore oil well platform, tower mast and other steel structure industries, especially suitable for H-beam and channel steel in steel structure, with high precision and convenient operation

i. CNC feeding and clamp device
The production line adopts CNC car feeding, and the CNC feeding device is driven by the gear rack after the servo motor decelerates through the reducer, so the positioning is accurate. The feed port of the machine bed is equipped with a photoelectric counter switch. When the workpiece is fed, the x-axis reference line of the feeding direction of the workpiece can be quickly found. Based on this, the x-axis positioning can be carried out, so as to realize the accurate positioning of the workpiece.
