6. Electrical control system

The electrical system includes CNC control system, servo drive, frequency converter, detection and protection components, etc.
Basic functions of the control system:
It can be directly converted from NC files or CAD to generate processing programs, and it can also be programmed manually and can be modified on-site. It can realize man-machine dialogue (menu function), with program display and printing function and self-check function.
In the production process, automatic control and manual control are adopted.
Manual control: manually control each actuator individually.
Automatic control: After starting the automatic operation function, the workpiece is automatically processed according to the program.
In order to make the performance of the machine tool stable and reliable, and make the working temperature suitable, the electric cabinet with air-conditioning structure is adopted.

8. Work process flow
1). Place multiple material profile on the transversal loading bed on the feeding side;
2). The manual button controls the lateral material path on the feeding side to move the workpiece to the feeding support roller table, and the support roller table is pushed on the side to ensure that the matarial is close to the reference benchmark;
3). The manual auxiliary manipulator clamps the web of the material;
4). Input the processing program, start automatic processing, complete drilling, marking, and sawing (manually remove waste scrap) procedures;
5). The manual button controls the work of the electric roller on the discharging support roller table and conveys the material to the unloading position.
