1. Machine Purpose:
It is mainly used for drilling three sides of large-size H- beam or box girder.
2. Machine Features:
l The machine is mainly composed of bed, gantry, drilling spindle, electrical control system, hydraulic system, cooling chip removal system, detection system, etc.
l The machine adopts the form of gantry movement and fixed worktable, which can reduce the length of the bed and save the floor area. A side pushing device is installed on the bed, which can automatically align the workpiece with the reference point and facilitate workpiece clamping.
l The gantry motion (x-axis) is driven synchronously by linear guide rail, AC servo motor and low backlash gear rack pair on both sides.
l Pneumatic detection devices are installed on the sliding table to detect the position of H-beam material. The detection compensation function is used to correct the shape error and clamping error of the workpiece, so as to automatically correct the drilling position.
l The drilling spindle adopts the NC feed drilling spindle produced by our company.
l The hydraulic system is mainly used for X-axis positioning and locking and the balance of spindles on both sides.
l The lower part of the machine is equipped with a flat chain chip conveyor, which is equipped with a water pump and coolant for recycling
l The electrical control system is controlled by PLC and equipped with upper computer. The workpiece is input and stored by computer, which is convenient to operate.
